  Colonel Sanders' Lightsaber
Beam color:  White with slight blue tint
Constructed by:  Himself
Features:  Activator lock
Source:  The Phantom Menace Tri-Company commercials

Notes:   It is assumed that Sanders, a Colonel in the Old Republic, constructed this lightsaber as part of his Jedi training, but no evidence of Force abilities has ever been recognised.  It is possible that Sanders was the mentor to Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, as the design of his lightsaber is very similar in design.  Colonel Sanders, and his apprentices Pizza Hut Girl and Taco Bell Dog, were sent by Chancellor Valorum to Naboo shortly before his forced resignation as a backup plan, in case the efforts of the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn failed.  Unbeknownst to the ambassadors, Sanders and his team fought against the second Trade Federation assault group in the victorious Battle of Naboo, allowing the inferior Gungan army to fend off only the first assault group, the OOM Legion.  Sanders was victorious in his attempts, and the three returned to Coruscant shortly before the victory celebration.  Colonel Sanders now sits patiently in the Galactic Capitol, waiting to be called back to active duty should the efforts of the Heroes of Naboo fail...

The Colonel's saber, as mentioned, bears a striking resemblance to that of Qui-Gon Jinn.  Unlike most lightsabers, Sanders' saber beam is pearlescent white, occasionally showing hints of blue.  The stylishly carved durasteel casing protects the weaker alloy handgrip from damage, and ensures the weapon remains in peak condition for as long as possible.  A small black button underneath the red activator is used to lock the beam on, and protect against accidental deactivation.  The saber features no belt ring or peg, and is instead carried by hand.
